The Minister of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs is a ministerial office in the Government who ranks as the joint-second highest in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office alongside the Minister of State for Commonwealth and International Development, after the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.
