Geolyre
Geolyre, Baron Geolyre of Ipswich, MBE, KPM is a senior civil servant, life peer and former senior member of the Metropolitan Police who has served as Permanent Secretary to His Majesty's Treasury since the 9th of March 2022, alongside holding numerous other positions.
HM Treasury
The Lord Geolyre of Ipswich has been a member of HM Treasury since the 4th of June 2020, though he previously held joined in 10th of July 2018.
On the 10th of July 2018, Geolyre joined as the Registrar of Companies. He held this position for around six months before resigning.
On the 22nd of April 2019, Geolyre rejoined HM Treasury's Companies House as a Registrar of Companies and later Private Secretary to the Chancellor before again resigning.
On the 4th of June 2020, Geolyre rejoined HM Treasury's Companies House as a Registrar of Companies.
Geolyre was appointed Chief Registrar of the Companies House on the 23rd of April 2021. He held this role for 10 months before being appointed Permanent Secretary of the department following The Earl of Harewood, Sir Zoriby GCB CMG MBE KPM PC's appointment as Cabinet Secretary.
