ItsToza is a politician who is serving as Leader of the House since 13th of May 2023. Currently the Deputy Leader of the Voice Party. He was the Member of Parliament for Tyneside during the 70th & 71st Parliamentary terms. He is now the Member of Parliament for Bedfordshire.
Political History
Joining the community in late 2022, ItsToza joined the Labour Party. During the 70th Parliamentary elections ItsToza was appointed as Parliamentary Candidate. ItsToza was not awarded a seat after the election but due to inactivity with the Member of Parliament for Tyneside ItsToza was placed into the seat in replacement to the prior seat holder.
Near the end of the 70th Parliamentary term the Labour Party went through cabinet reforms. During this time ItsToza was appointed Shadow Leader of the House of Commons. He served this position throughout the 71st Parliamentary term. One the 28th of December, ItsToza was sent to represent the Labour Party in the BT News Election Debate in which he would debate against thomashenley and a representative from the Reform Party.
As the 71st Parliamentary term came to an end the Labour Party went through a leadership election. ItsToza was a frontrunner during the leadership election against MasunOCathain however prior to the voting period ItsToza pulled out of the race which led to the immediate appointment of MasunOCathain as Leader of the Labour Party.
Under MasunOCathain ItsToza was appointed Deputy Leader of the Labour Party as well as Shadow Lord President and Shadow Leader of the House.
Controversy in the Labour Party led to the termination of ItsToza as well as 5 other key members. At which point ItsToza stepped away from politics and focussed on his career in the British Armed Forces and the British Broadcasting Company.
ItsToza then reformed the Voice Party with former Labour Party colleague AdaptedFrost and on the 2nd May 2023 the Voice Party was registered and prepared to run for the 73rd Parliamentary Term elections. During this election the Voice Party gained 5 seats. With the Conservative Party only holding 20 seats and no majority the Voice Party and Conservative Party formed a coalition in which ItsToza was appointed Leader of the House and Lord President.
Military Career
ItsToza first served the Royal Navy as an Able Rate for several months before retiring from the position.
ItsToza enlisted into The Household Cavalry serving as a Trooper within The Lifeguards.
