After the UUP won the 2022 January General Election in Northern Ireland, GabrielSharif served as the UUP Chief Whip until the end of his term in 03 April 2022.
Member of Parliament for Colchester
In the General Election of May 2023, Gabriel Sharif was elected as the Member of Parliament for the constituency of Colchester. This election result coincided with the Conservative Party gaining a enough seats to form a coalition government with the Voice Party. Having not found enough time to serve as an MP, in a collective decision he decided to step down.
Member of Parliament for Lothian
After a pause in Ro-Politics, GabrielSharif returned and started serving as an MP for the Unionist Party, his Constituency is Lothian, located in the Scottish Lowlands. GabrielSharif has a close connection to Scotland as it is his summer holiday and one of his favourite places for hunting.
